Commissioned by Tulsa Community College's Van Trease Performing Arts Center to promote their Music of Bob Wills Symphony, this poster depicts the iconic Bob Will's travel bus heading down the highway to a gig in Tulsa.

Sponsers for appear as stickers and flyers stapled to a telephone pole. The bus was located in Oklahoma City, owned by a man who restores these old coaches( he even new the actual serial number of Bob Wills' bus). The road is a curve in Route 66 between Claremore, OK and Verdigris. The susnset was shot from Doug's back yard, the telephone pole near his home.

Little details that make this work special include reflections of the text appearing in the chrome of the back bus bumper and the Oklahoma red mud on the bus tires.
