Here I am in the surgery suite, the body wrapped in something like Saran Wrap. I'm guessing they've already "harvested" the artery from the leg they will use to bypass the 90% blockage of the "widow-maker" artery. The artery is blocked at a "V" so they end up making two bypasses; one for each side of the v.
The middle picture is the "saw" which will be used in the third picture to cut through the sternum, the middle of the rib cage, from top to bottom, a cut about 10" long.
