I was hired by Hensel Phelps Construction to photograph the David L. Moss Correctional Center during and after construction. Once a month for two years I photographed the site from an aerial perspective. After the jail was completed I photographed all aspects of the six million dollar complex, Shot on 4x5 color transparency and negative
